It is one month before the big tournament ISAC, and there are still many things I need to improve on, and this week I want to focus on the following:
- My stamina.
- My movement in game.
- Communication on the court/ Team work.
- My timing on spiking and blocking.
- My mind set on the court.
Hopefully in the end of the week, I would be able to say I improve on the list above from the game that we are having on Friday.
